HMMMMMMMMMMM don’t know what to do.
Despite being super nervous for my regional social policy and planning group presentation it well fairly well.. even though I had the dry sounding Acts and Legislation parts. After handing out minties to the audience if they answered our discussion questions I hanged with my group members and of course I celebrated with a beer at GT bar.

So according to an internet BMI calculator I am in the middle of healthy range. Your BMI is 23 Healthy Weight range (BMI 20-25) Then I decided to put what I used to weigh 3 years ago which doesn’t really shock me. Still feel as though I’m at this stage. Your BMI is 27 Overweight (BMI 26-30)

To sum up my day - drove from Coal Point to Murray’s Beach and watched a wedding be set up while drinking coffee and eating chips at the kiosk since the restaurant was closed for their reception. Then drove to Catherine Hill Bay where there were tons of guys from a bikie gang hanging at the tavern so drove back and looked at the nice houses around Caves Beach. Needed to go to a bathroom so...
Haven’t had food in 2 days then have one bite of rocky road and I’m feeling so sick. Will just stick to drinking tea all day I guess.
